    You can dissolve the flakes by adding them to water at room temperature (5-10% proportion), stirring, and heating to 65~75℃ for 30-60 minutes until even paste forms, then cooling. Alternatively, add flakes to water at 65~75℃ and stir for 30-60 minutes.
  • What are the application methods for this product?
    For padding, use 20～30g/L (10% solution) at 30～40℃ with one dip and one pad or two dips and two pads. For dipping, use 3～8% (o.w.f) (10% solution) at 40～50℃ with a liquor ratio of 1:10～15 for 30 minutes.
  • What types of fabrics and dyes is this product suitable for?
    This product is suitable for all kinds of fibers and fabrics. It can be used as a softener and leveling agent in dyeing processes, including disperse dyes, reactive dyes (light color), and acid dyes (light color).
